Here is my cover of Arirang for the Kcommunity challenge in the category of Minyo. I really love Korean culture especially traditional things. Hope you like it. For the 2021 K-Community Challenge we tried to sing some minyo. :) Arirang is the most popular Korean traditional song, 3 versions of the song can be heard here. Since we are more used to playing instruments, we thought we'll add some to our performance as well, the gayageum and janggu, to accompany the official track, and the singing. Our city is Budapest, which is a city of two sides (the Buda side and the Pest side), with the river Danube between them. We decided to film from the Philosopher's Garden, where there is a lovely view of Buda castle and the Pest side of the city. Beside us was the statue of the prince of Buda and princess of Pest, longing for eachother but forever separated by the river.
